The camel mohair fabric on the twin couches, and the buttery leather chairs lend texture and depth, inviting relaxation. “You just want to put your feet up on the coffee table.” When people gather here, they settle in and linger.

An ebony-stained, rift-sawn, white oak island, topped with black Vermont leathered granite, custom metal pendants, and a bronzed vent hood bring the drama in the kitchen. A lighter Mont Blanc honed quartzite covers the perimeter countertop and backsplash.

The upstairs media room includes a lounge area and elegant home bar. A luxe Roche Bobois sectional is perfect for films, shown on a screen that drops down from the ceiling.

A Hoku mirror by McGuire and an Allied Maker pendant join the deep blue of the powder room.

A leather headboard reaches to the ceiling in the primary bedroom.

An Italian Calacatta Mink marble from Ann Sacks wraps the vanity with veins of creamy shades of gray.

A covered patio with a an outdoor kitchen and bar is just outside the main living room. A set of steps leads to a seating area with a fire feature and cozy seating. From there, a set of hewn bloulder steps lead to loungers and a fire pit overlooking the river.
