A custom home built within The Traditions private community for a young family of avid golfers. An escape to a desert paradise from the cold doldrums of the Pacific Northwest winters. True indoor/outdoor living. Four Guest Bedrooms in addition to the Primary Suite (two guest rooms are in the separate Casita.) Five full baths in addition to the Powder Room.

Fully retractable walls welcome the skies and saturated desert light. An airy, extroverted home with unparalleled views of the Traditions Golf Course and San Jacinto mountains.

The Great Room custom fabricated fireplace surround in silver vein cut travertine, over a concrete hearth. Premium stone surfaces, custom cabinetry, custom tinted plaster. All interior/exterior furnishings, lighting, accessories, and interior architecture Maison, Inc.

Stone flooring throughout the common areas is Ann Sacks Caracas Blue antiqued limestone.

Kitchen counters in Macubus Fantasy quartzite, leathered. All kitchen cabinets custom in a vertical grain white oak with a custom stain.

Powder room includes a custom floating vanity with an integrated sink in spectacular honey onyx. The walls are a custom tinted plaster, applied by a local craftsperson.

Sublime primary bathroom flooring and shower created in Marble Systems Inc, Haisia Light Serie Parquet Mosaic on the main floor, Fontainbleau Mosaic on shower floor, with coordinating 12 x 24 shower walls.
